Interim activity reports
These reports help us understand how your project is progressing in each period. You must report on:
- what project activities you’ve completed
- if you are meeting your project’s timeline
- how you’re meeting your project’s goals and objectives
Refer to Schedule A of your funding agreement to provide information on these elements. The reports give you a chance to highlight any issues that may affect the project’s success. They also allow you to explain any differences between planned and actual activities.
When to submit the forms
- At specific times during your project.
- Your funding agreement indicate the dates your interim activity reports are due.
- We will also send you email reminders before each report is due.
Late submissions may affect your funding or project status. If you anticipate a delay, contact us as soon as possible at Recherche.NAC-Research.ASC@asc-nac.gc.ca.
How to complete the form
- Fill in your project and organization information, and the period you are reporting on
- Answer all the questions in the form
- Have the form signed by an authorized signatory
