For Accessibility Standards Canada, the Corporate Services Division is responsible for the administration of the:

• Access to Information Act; and
• Privacy Act

Note that Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) handles all of Accessibility Standards Canada’s access to information and privacy requests.

Submit an access to information and privacy (ATIP) request by mail

To submit an ATIP request to Accessibility Standards Canada, follow the 3 steps below:

Step 1: Complete the form

To apply for information under the Access to Information Act, complete the Access to Information Request form. Describe the information requested. Provide any relevant details to help Accessibility Standards Canada find what you are looking for.

Step 2: Enclose the payment

Please enclose a $5 cheque or money order payable to the Receiver General of Canada.
