Submitting your expression of interest online

Before you begin, please consult the expression of interest page. Review all of the questions before you start completing the form. This will help you prepare your answers.

The expression of interest form does not allow you to save your progress. Therefore, you must answer all the questions in one session. If you close your browser or leave the page, you will lose what you have entered. 

Once you have submitted the form, you will be directed to a page confirming that your expression of interest has been submitted. You will also receive an email confirmation within 5 business days with a copy of your submission. Check your spam folder if you have not received this email within 5 business days.
