10.1 General
Where applicable, if a person with a disability is accompanied by a support person, a service provider shall:
- allow a person with a disability to enter with their support person;
- not require proof that the person with a disability requires a support person;
- allow the person with a disability to always be accompanied by their support person while accessing the service; and
- not charge any fees or other charges for a support person to remain with the customer.
