Goal of the study

This study will look at the experience of all workers with disabilities. It will focus on the effectiveness of the duty to accommodate framework in meeting employer needs and supporting workers with disabilities. It will also identify existing barriers in workplace accommodation processes. Workers with disabilities experience many barriers, including biases, misconceptions, and lack of timely support in their workplaces. The study will show how the duty to accommodate framework is working, and identify areas for improvement.
