Goal of the study

This study will identify and analyze the processes faced by travellers with cognitive disabilities and their care partners throughout the airport experience. This includes the planning for arrival, check-in, security, customs, and waiting time at airports of various sizes. The findings will be used to provide recommendations for accessibility standards to improve the airport experience for individuals with cognitive disabilities.
