Identifying barriers to accessing federal financial services and programs for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities

People with intellectual or developmental disabilities face barriers to accessing federally-regulated financial services and programs. This study will identify these barriers. It will make recommendations for future standards. It will also identify best practices for making these services and programs more inclusive.
