Goal of the study

The research will explore the experiences of parents and caregivers with various disabilities (e.g., mobility, hearing, visual or cognitive disabilities) and their families to identify barriers to accessing federal spaces, the availability of adaptive equipment and the travel journey.

It will provide recommendations that could be used to develop accessibility standards for program service delivery, transportation, and the built environment.
