Goal of the study
This project will investigate how structural and attitudinal barriers in federally funded employment programs affect Black people with disabilities. It will look at anti-Black racism, ableism, and gender-based discrimination along with broader systemic inequities. The project aims to make recommendations and guiding principles to help inform future employment standards.
