Employer perspectives on implementing federal workplace accessibility standards in Canada

This project aims to examine how attitudinal barriers continue to impact full workforce inclusion for people with disabilities. It will include employer engagement and perspectives to help identify where workplace accessibility practices can break down. Ultimately the project aims to produce actionable recommendations to help support the development of future employment standards.
