Tracking the Impact: Longitudinal Study of Workplace Accessibility and Retention for Employees with Disabilities

This project will look at how accommodations in the workplace impact long term employment outcomes. It will do this by looking at how systems and practices support employees over time. The project aims to inform the development or improvement of accessibility standards to support equal participation in the workplace.
